Data controller

Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted).
Reservation data: the chosen waterbody and spot, time window, add-ons and related correspondence.
Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we only store transaction identifiers and amounts, never your card details.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies and usage statistics.
Owners: company or business details required to pay out earnings.
How we use data
To create and maintain your account, process reservations and payments, issue QR access codes and invoices, provide customer support, prevent fraud and improve the platform. We only send marketing messages with your consent.
Legal basis for processing
Performance of a contract (reservations and payments), your consent (marketing and optional cookies), compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax) and our legitimate interests (security and service improvement).
Data sharing
We share data only as far as necessary to provide the service: with our payment provider (Stripe), with the waterbody owner in relation to your reservation, and with IT and email service providers. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data retention
We store data in the European Union for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements (for example, accounting records for the statutory period). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. If you believe your rights have been breached, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
