Questions about prices
All questions and answersIs the price on the lake page final?
The lake page shows the price per 24 h set by the owner. When you book, a 10% service fee and any add-ons you choose are added to it. You see the full amount before you pay.
Is there a discount for several days?
If the owner has set a better price for stays of several days, it is applied automatically as soon as you choose the duration.
Is the service fee refunded if a reservation is cancelled?
If a reservation is cancelled and the money is refunded, we refund the service fee as well. Whether a refund is due depends on the cancellation rules of the waterbody owner.
In which currency do I pay?
In euros (EUR). You pay online by card; the payment is processed by Stripe, and Krastofy does not store your card details.
